Upon entering, you are greeted by the cafe's spacious layout and soaring high ceilings, draped in delightful arrangements of real flowers that infuse the air with a refreshing fragrance. The café’s corners may still be evolving, but the overall atmosphere is undeniably captivating.

Salt Water attracts a vibrant young crowd who appreciate not only its visual allure but also its serene, quiet environment, perfect for a cozy afternoon or a romantic evening. As quoted by Phattdhreera Sitlaothaworn, it’s perhaps the most beautifully decorated café in the neighborhood—especially enchanting during the festive season. The warm lighting, vintage decor, and charming communal areas make it an idyllic spot for catching up with friends or getting lost in a book.

The offerings at Salt Water deserve special mention. While reviews may vary on individual beverage preferences, the consensus praises the café’s signature drinks, with highlights including the revered Earl Grey tea and the aromatic Thai Milk Tea that echoes traditional flavors. Desserts are a focal point as well; although customers note that the cakes can be on the pricier side, the flavors make every bite worthwhile. Spacious cafe with a high ceiling. What’s unique about this place is there are lots of real flowers that you see so much of them and this entire space is smelling like flowers, which is cool and nice. As for the drinks, their signature earl grey tea is very good. Their cakes are decent as well.

In the entirety of Vung Tau, Salt Water is likely the sole establishment adorned with this particular aesthetic, a pleasing blend of classic and country styles. While certain corners remain somewhat unfinished, the overall shop is undeniably attractive. The café draws a young clientele keen on photography, yet they are mindful of maintaining order and quiet in the communal area. The staff are exceptionally well-trained, and I must commend the management for recognising the paramount importance of customer service in the F&B industry. The drinks are inventive and beautifully presented, though the flavour is not truly exceptional. The cakes appear delicious and exquisite, but I have not had the opportunity to sample them. The restroom is clean and pleasantly fragrant. I would certainly return to Salt Water should I revisit Vung Tau.

Quaint atmosphere (especially at night) with a minimalistic architecture fused with European decors. If the weather permits, pick the outdoor area for a more rustic vibe. The indoor one has more of a chic, upscaled environment to it. The beverages are fine, I guess. They are not the main focus (which is the ambiance). Cakes and sweets are kinda expensive but still worth a try. Good service and friendly staff.

I came by around 8 pm, so not much options left for the cakes. I chose NYC cheese caken strawberry banana chocolate without reading any reviews before. NYC cheese cake is quite thick n I can taste the cheese not like many place. Strawberry banana one is moist, I can see the banana chunk in my slice. Not much option for the drink, but my mulberry w milk n the refresher are good. The vibe is cozy n chill. Really impressive w this place. 90/100

I’d say that this is the most beautiful decoration cafe in Vungtau neighborhood.Inside interior is well decorated and furnished in vintage style. The vibes is really cozy and perfect for Christmas. The cake is flavorful and not too sweet. They have signature drink that is Thai Milk Tea and its taste and smell pretty similar to original. Plus, they always have the seasonal drink and have homemade syrup as well. Really recommended. The staffs are able to communicate in English. Surprised that some of them can speak Thai. They all are nice. The downside is a cup of coffee. It’s still moderate for me. Also, the service is a little bit slow. You have to wait for just only drink and cake preparation a little while.

- Looking for a romantic yet cozy European-style café? Salt Water from Sea is the perfect spot! Nestled in a charming old villa, this café feels like a little corner of Paris. The menu is thoughtfully crafted, featuring strong, flavorful coffee, aromatic fruit teas, and delicious pastries. The apple cake and carrot cake are highly recommended. The café has two floors, but the second floor does not have air conditioning. If you visit in the afternoon, the downstairs or garden area might be more comfortable.
